After answering questions from average users it appears that things may need to change to better serve techs.  Though previously stated, this is a help site for techs, I have been inundated with questions from users.  Stay tuned.

  7. The domain is still active, but the URL has been deactivated - The new site is a membership based forum/blog. The reason is being it is to provide better support for the experienced techs. Provide video answered and detailed explanations.

The number of questions I get from individuals non techs would prevent this. Many techs have questions that cannot be directly answered in a blog format.
